Encompassing just 4.1 square miles, Watertown is one of the smallest cities in Massachusetts but packs a ton into a small area. The Charles River serves as the southern border for most of the city, and residents and commuters enjoy the walking and biking paths that follow the river, criss-cross the city, and connect with networks heading into Newton, Cambridge and beyond.
